Tank construction: | ||||||
Sealing plates are both at the front and back sides, the wall plates at both sides of the tank, and vertical and horizontal oscillation shield plates are equipped with trapezoidal steel, which can increase the strength, of the water tank through strict water leakage test and strength reliability test. |
Sub-frame: | ||||||
Structure characteristics:
The tank and sub-frame are connected by an elastic connecting seat with torque reduction performance, which not only increases the flexibility of the connection between frame and tank body and prevents the deformation and fracture from the upper structure, but also increases the strength of the storage compartment of upper-body and gives the chassis a great performance. Meanwhile, the standardized subframe comes to realize the flexible assembly of the upper body. |
Equipment box and pump room:
Material : | The equipment box, pump room, and inner frame are made of high-strength aluminum alloy profiles, and interior trim panels are made of oxide aluminum plates.
Structure: | The framework is the welded structure of all aluminum alloy frames where equipment boxes are in the front and the pump room is at the back. The outer skin is aluminum alloy plate bonding technology. Interior trim panels and base plates are made of smooth brushed aluminum alloy materials.
Storage compartments for equipment with suitable fixing facilities with sliding drawers and fixed shelves to safely and easily retain equipment. |
Compartments are fixed light alloy anodized roller shutter doors. Pump room: |
